Two (2) new support tools were announced for DPM (9350's, 9250, 9450, etc.) VARs and Customers

While most technical information is usually shared with the support group, the Firmware Upgrade Tool is of particular importance for sales groups and their Digital Pocket Memo (9350, 9250, 9450, etc.) hand held recorder customers.

This tool facilitates firmware updates from a centralized location within the client's facility.  This feature is a significant time-saver for sites that have 30 or more DPMs (9350's, 9250, 9450, etc.) in a network environment facility because firmware updates can be launched centrally .  It allows for the firmware update of a DPM without utilizing the "firmware update switch."  The tool also contains a logging feature so that users/managers can review the update status of each connected DPM.
